For rentals of 10 days or less, the daily mileage limit is 300 km. For rentals between 11 and 30 days, the total mileage limit is 3,000 km. If these limits are exceeded, a charge of €0.50 will apply for each additional km. To remove or increase this limit, you may select unlimited mileage or additional mileage packages.
Note: Mileage limits may vary depending on the vehicle. The current mileage limit is specified in the Mileage Limit section at the bottom of this section.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
All our prices include ONLY Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with an excess as a protection package.
This protection covers only damages resulting from a collision. In cases where the guest is at fault for the accident, provided that the driver was not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or similar substances causing loss of consciousness; if the driver is primarily at fault, the guest is responsible for all costs, whereas if the driver is not at fault or is partially at fault, and provided that the required conditions have been fulfilled and no additional protection has been purchased, the guest is responsible only for the damage up to the applicable excess amount. Subject to compliance with the insurance conditions, the portion of the vehicle's damage repair cost up to the excess amount of €650 or more (depending on the vehicle group), as specified in the rental agreement, is the responsibility of the guest.
Note: CDW does not cover damages other than those resulting from a collision (for example, parking lot accidents, tire, glass, or headlight damage). Additional protection covering such damages may be purchased separately.

Minor Damage Protection
This is a protection package applicable to minor damages of up to €150 that occur in places such as parking areas without the involvement of a third party. In the event of such damage, Seaside Rent a Car must be contacted first. You will be provided with the necessary information and guidance to determine whether the damage is covered by the protection.
If the amount of damage exceeds €150 or the nature of the incident is different, an official report may be required. Therefore, in the event of any damage, regardless of its amount or nature, Seaside Rent a Car must be contacted before the damage is assessed or any action is taken.

Tire, Glass and Headlight Protection
This protection covers damage that may occur to the vehicle's glass, tires, and headlights. In the event of any damage, the necessary official report must be prepared to document the incident, and a Seaside Rent a Car representative must be informed immediately.
Failure to follow the instructions may result in the damage being excluded from coverage.

Full Collision Damage Waiver
Provided that the necessary reports are prepared, Seaside Rent a Car is informed immediately, and the rental conditions are complied with, the excess amount specified in this rental agreement is fully waived.
Full Accident Protection does not include Key, License Plate and Registration Document Protection, Tire, Glass and Headlight Protection, Roadside Assistance, or Minor Damage Protection. It only waives the excess amount specified in the rental agreement under Excess Protection (CDW).
In the event of any accident or damage, the necessary reports must be prepared and the relevant Seaside Rent a Car office must be informed immediately for the incident to be considered under the protection.

During the rental, it is mandatory for all details of a valid physical credit card to be entered into the rental agreement. Debit cards are not accepted. The credit card must be active and available for use; authorized personnel may check the status of the card when deemed necessary. Credit cards issued in Russia are also accepted. This procedure is for security and deposit purposes. Payment may be made in cash or with a different or the same credit or debit card. If you do not wish to provide your credit card details, you may continue by selecting the “Pay Deposit” option (if available under Extras). The deposit is collected during the rental and, provided there are no issues, is refunded in full upon vehicle return.

Reservations are confirmed based on the vehicle group and transmission type. If the reserved vehicle is unavailable, a vehicle from the same segment or a higher segment will be provided, and no price difference will be charged.

If you wish to use the vehicle outside the region where you rented it, you must indicate this in the “Additional Information” section during the reservation or inform us when we contact you. Otherwise, your reservation may be unilaterally cancelled during the rental process.

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the rental date are accepted without conditions, and if payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded.

Extension of the rental period is possible only if the vehicle is available and the extension is approved by us. The rental period cannot be extended without our prior approval.

For airport deliveries, if the vehicle cannot be collected at the reserved time due to a flight diversion, flight delay, or similar reasons, and the situation is proven by a flight record or other valid document, the vehicle will be made available at the time it becomes available, based on the same rental period and the same return time specified in the original reservation. A flight delay does not change the rental period or the vehicle return time.

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition of cleanliness and use as when they were collected. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, the necessary cleaning and washing costs will be charged to you. If the use of tobacco products inside the vehicle is detected, the necessary cleaning and disinfection costs will also be charged.

If HGS, motorway, bridge, toll, or paid parking charges are paid by us on behalf of the vehicle during the rental period, the relevant amounts will be notified to you and collected either at the time of vehicle return or afterwards. A 30% VAT and service fee will be added to these charges. Even if the relevant notification reaches us after the vehicle has been returned, the payment may be collected at a later date.

If radar, parking, traffic, municipal, or similar fines are received by Seaside Rent a Car after the rental, the relevant fine amount and service fee will be charged to you and collected. Even if the fine or relevant notification reaches us after the vehicle has been returned, the payment may be collected at a later date.

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of collection. No refund is possible for excess fuel returned, and if the fuel level is lower, the calculated fuel cost for the missing fuel together with the service fee will be charged. Having returned excess fuel during previous rentals does not change or offset the fuel difference for the current rental period. Each rental is assessed separately.

The vehicle return time and location specified in the reservation and rental agreement may only be changed after the rental has started with the approval of our office and subject to vehicle and operational availability.
The vehicle cannot be returned at a different time or location without the approval of our office. In such cases, the necessary legal procedures will be initiated and any additional costs incurred will be charged to you.

Despite having made a reservation, the vehicle will not be delivered in the following cases:
The credit card presented is invalid, has insufficient available credit, or is not active.
An unfavorable Findeks report.
The driver's license is not available, is invalid, or is insufficient.
Turkish guests must have their identity card, and foreign guests must have their passport available and valid. Regardless of the country, foreign guests are required to carry their passports with them when renting a vehicle.
Disrespectful, threatening, or aggressive behavior, or being under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or similar substances.
Failure to be present at the specified location at the rental time or arriving late.
