Pay Attention to the Return Time

We kindly request that you return the vehicle at the date and time specified in the rental agreement. Please note that additional charges may apply in case of late returns.

Late Return Policy

We strive to provide our guests with the best experience. However, certain rules apply for delays during the return process:

• Grace Period: We offer a grace period of up to 59 minutes for vehicle returns.
• Extra Charges: If this period is exceeded, additional charges will be applied, calculated based on the daily rental rate.

Check the Vehicle Before Returning

Please ensure you remove all personal belongings and check the vehicle's interior and exterior. Returning the vehicle in the same clean and organized condition is important.

Check the Fuel Level

The fuel policy specified during the rental period applies. We expect the vehicle to be returned with the same fuel level as when it was rented. Additional charges may apply for missing fuel.

Kilometer Limit Policy

If you exceed the kilometer limit specified in your rental agreement (usually 300 km per day for rentals up to 10 days), additional charges will apply. This fee is calculated at 10 Turkish Lira per extra kilometer. However, this rate may vary depending on conditions. Please check your kilometer usage before returning the vehicle. Extending your rental period might be a more cost-effective option than exceeding the limit.

Vehicle Inspection and Damage Check

Upon return, our team will perform a quick inspection of the vehicle. Any damage or missing items will be documented, and necessary procedures will be initiated.

Invoice and Confirmation

Once your return process is completed, you will receive your invoice and return confirmation instantly. These documents can be sent via email or handed over as per your preference.

We kindly request our guests to plan their rental periods considering these rules and to return the vehicle within the timeframes specified in the agreement. This approach ensures that the vehicles are prepared for the next rental period on time and that other guests can receive the same high-quality service.
