Seaside Rent a Car - Services and Products Included in Prices
All prices offered by Seaside Rent a Car include the following services and products:
Included Services and Insurance
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
All prices include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with a deductible.
This coverage only applies to damages caused by collisions. If insurance conditions are met, repair costs up to €800 (depending on the vehicle group and as specified in the contract) will be the responsibility of the guest.
Note: CDW does not cover non-collision damages (e.g., parking lot accidents, tire, glass, or headlight damages). Additional insurance to cover such damages can be purchased.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
All prices include VAT; no hidden or additional charges will be applied.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Situations Where the Collision Damage Waiver is Invalid
The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) will be void in the following situations, and all damages will fall outside the scope of insurance:
- Unauthorized Use of the Vehicle: The vehicle may only be driven by the drivers listed on the rental agreement. If driven by others, insurance is invalid.
- Improper Usage: Using the vehicle under high engine heat, driving on poor road conditions, moving with a flat tire, or refueling with the wrong type of fuel is not covered.
- Violation of Traffic Rules: Insurance becomes invalid if traffic rules are violated, such as speeding or running red lights.
- Driving Under the Influence: All liability falls on the driver if the vehicle is operated under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Reckless and Negligent Driving: Reckless behaviors such as failing to adjust speed in rainy weather or tailgating will void the coverage.
- Failure to Notify in Case of Accidents or Theft: Accidents or theft must be reported immediately to Seaside Rent a Car officials. Additionally, traffic and alcohol reports must be obtained and submitted to the company within 48 hours after the accident.
- Failure to Return the Vehicle Key: In the event of theft, failing to provide the original vehicle key will void the insurance.
- Exceeding the Contract Period: If the vehicle is not returned within the rental period and without approval, the insurance will expire.
- Damage Caused by Carrying Loads: The guest is responsible for damages caused by transported loads or injuries to third parties.
- Tire, Glass, and Headlight Damages: CDW coverage does not include damages to tires, glass, or headlights. Additional insurance can be purchased to cover these.
Damages to Third Parties
Damages to third parties are only covered by mandatory liability insurance. For damages exceeding mandatory liability insurance limits, full responsibility lies with the guest.

Seaside Rent a Car – Services, Products, and Insurance Not Included in the Price
Mini Damage Protection
This package covers minor damages up to €150 that occur in locations like parking lots without third-party involvement. In such cases, the customer's declaration is sufficient, and a report is not required. However, for damages exceeding €150, obtaining a damage report is mandatory.
Tire, Glass, and Headlight Protection (LCF)
This coverage includes damages to the car’s tires, glass, and headlights. In case of any damage, an official report must be prepared, and Seaside Rent a Car must be informed to ensure the damage is covered under this package. Failure to follow these procedures may result in the exclusion of the damage from coverage.
Third-Party Liability Insurance
This insurance covers material damages caused to third parties by the vehicle, within the limits specified by the mandatory traffic insurance. Customers may opt to increase these limits with an additional coverage package. For further information and applicable office details, please consult the reservation center.
Roadside Assistance Service
This service covers towing assistance only in cases of battery depletion, lack of fuel, or charging issues.
Key, License Plate, and Registration Protection
This package provides coverage for the loss or theft of the car key, license plate, or registration documents.
Full Collision Damage Waiver
The Standard Coverage includes an excess fee of €650. However, when opting for Full Accident Coverage, this excess is completely waived, provided that the required reports are obtained and the rental conditions are complied with. In this case, our guests will not be required to make any payment in the event of damage. It is mandatory to file a report and immediately inform the relevant office. This coverage does not include 'Key, Plate, and Registration Coverage', 'Tire, Glass, and Headlight Coverage', 'Roadside Assistance', or 'Minor Damage Coverage'. It solely eliminates the Excess Coverage (CDW €650).
One-Way Fee
A one-way fee applies if the car is picked up or dropped off at a location different from the rental station. Please check for availability and details with the reservation center.
Fuel
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was picked up. If returned with less fuel, the cost of the missing fuel and a service fee will be charged.
HGS (High-Speed Toll System)
Charges for toll roads and bridges using the HGS service are collected separately, along with a rental service fee.
Additional Kilometer Package
A daily mileage limit of 300 km applies during rentals. Exceeding this limit will incur a fee of 20 TL per extra kilometer. With this package, you can purchase the specified additional daily km amount at a more affordable price.
Unlimited Km
In standard rentals, a daily usage limit of 300 km applies. For rentals up to 10 days, this limit is a total of 3000 km. If the daily limit is exceeded, an additional fee is charged for each extra kilometer. However, with the Unlimited Kilometers option, these restrictions are completely removed, allowing you to enjoy your rental freely with unlimited kilometers for up to 10 days.
Additional Driver
Up to two additional drivers can be added to the rental contract for a fee, provided they meet the rental prerequisites and present a valid driver's license (deposit requirements excluded).
Baby and Child Seats
Baby and child seats can be provided upon request. Please inform us during the reservation process.
Pet Permission
This option allows pets to be transported in the vehicle. However, any damage caused by the pet (e.g., scratches, stains, tears) is not covered by this option.
Contract Modification Requests
Operational reasons (e.g., vehicle reservations, maintenance schedules) may prevent some modification requests. Approved changes may affect pricing and incur additional fees.
Modification Scenarios:
- Change of return date/time
- Change of return station
- Change of vehicle group
- Addition of an extra driver
- Extension of the rental period
For early returns, 20% of the refundable amount will be deducted as an early return fee. The first extension request can be processed via phone and paid through mail order. Subsequent extensions require the vehicle to be brought to a Seaside office for inspection.
Reservation Terms
- Reservations made on our website are confirmed via email. Please keep this email for your records.
- In case of discrepancies in vehicle group, price, or dates, Seaside Rent a Car records will take precedence.
- All prices include Collision Damage Waiver, VAT, and the specified mileage limit. For additional services, contact the rental branch directly.
- Seaside Rent a Car reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the vehicle, even for confirmed reservations, under certain conditions.
Payments can be made via "mail order" or at the time of vehicle delivery using a credit card. A minimum pre-authorization hold of 1000 TL, depending on the vehicle group, may apply.
