You can select the payment method as “I am a Seasidecar Plus Guest.” When selecting this option, you must provide the following information in the additional notes section of the reservation page: Full Name and Surname (yours or your first-degree relative’s), Previous reservation numbers (if any), Phone number, Previous rental dates (if any).

However, the risk multipliers for personal and rent-a-car vehicles differ significantly, affecting premium calculations. If a vehicle intended for rent-a-car purposes is covered under a personal comprehensive insurance policy and later involved in an accident requiring the insurance to be activated, any investigation will reveal this discrepancy. In such cases, the insurer is not obligated to pay damages. This is because the policyholder provided incomplete or incorrect information to the insurer, potentially leading to unjust financial gain, either knowingly or unknowingly. For vehicles insured under personal comprehensive policies: In cases of severe or total loss, if the driver is not the vehicle's registered owner, a close family member, or a company employee (if the vehicle is registered to a company), the claim file will be subject to investigation. Yes, Russian credit cards that are physically present with you are valid for car rental transactions. According to our company policy, it is mandatory to present a physical credit card belonging to the driver or to someone accompanying the driver at the time of rental. The cardholder must also be present during the transaction to sign the rental agreement. There is no obligation to make the payment with the presented credit card; however, due to system and security requirements, presenting a physical credit card is essential to complete the rental process. ❗ Important Note: Online payments cannot be made with Russian credit cards. Since these cards have been removed from international payment systems, they cannot be used for online prepayments, authorizations, or reservation transactions.
