Payment & Deposit Policy

• Upon rental, 2 monthly fees are charged:

  • 1 rental fee (for the first month)

  • 1 rental fee (as deposit)

• Deposit advantage: At the end of your contract, the deposit will be deducted from your last month’s rental fee.
